The Opportunity

As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you’ll be a vital link between our product, our sales team, and our customers. You’ll use your deep technical expertise to showcase the power of fore ai, guide new clients through a seamless onboarding process, and turn their complex problems into elegant solutions.

You will be the trusted technical advisor in the sales process, creating compelling demos and proof-of-concepts that highlight the value of our autonomous QA agents. You will own the technical onboarding for new customers, ensuring a smooth and rapid implementation. Your work will directly influence our product roadmap by bringing valuable customer feedback back to our engineering teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the technical face of fore ai in the sales process: craft and deliver live demos, presentations, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Own the technical onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient implementation.
  • Design and build custom integrations and scripts to help customers connect fore ai to their testing and deployment environments.
  • Debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing detailed solutions and workarounds for both prospects and new customers.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering, serving as the voice of the customer to help prioritize new features and improvements.
  • Create technical documentation, best practices, and tutorials to empower users and scale support efforts.

About You

  • Deep technical expertise: Strong background in software engineering, with the ability to quickly grasp new technologies and complex systems.
  • Experience in testing or DevOps: Hands-on experience with testing frameworks, QA processes, or CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
  • Customer-facing skills: Proven track record of working directly with customers to solve technical problems, ideally in a pre-sales or post-sales role.
  • Excellent communication and writing: Able to explain complex concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences, and create high-quality documentation.
  • Problem-solving mentality: Analytical mindset, strong debugging skills, and a relentless drive to find root causes.
  • Bias for action: Ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
